Ingredients

  • Broccoli 300g

  • Cauliflower 300g

  • Cherry Tomatoes 250g

  • Mushrooms 250g

  • Yellow Pepper x1

  • Celery sticks x3

  • Spinach x1 cup

  • Kale x1 cup

  • Onion x2 medium

  • Garlic x3

  • Ginger 1 TBSP

  • Olive Oil 2 TBSP

  • Turmeric 1/2 TSP

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Fill a saucepan with water and bring to boil.
    Add the broccoli and cauliflower. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain.
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan and fry the garlic for a minute but do not let it brown. Add the garlic and onion and saute it for 5 minutes until it’s translucent, adding a tablespoon or two of water to prevent it from sticking, if necessary. Add the turmeric.
  • Add the yellow pepper, celery, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Saute the ingredients for 5 minutes before adding the broccoli and cauliflower. Mix all the ingredients a bit more then add the kale and spinach. Cover the pan and turn off the fire. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and Enjoy!
