Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 2 Pak Choi

  • Dressing
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce

  • 1 tsp of Chinese 5 spice

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp of grated ginger

  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil (keep one aside to panfry the Pak Choi)

Directions

  • Mix the dressing together. Add the chickpeas and mix well. Fry for 10 mins. Take it off the heat.
  • Panfry the Pak Choi
  • Serve together. Enjoy!
