Bell pepper x1 medium 120g
Tomatoes x2 medium 250g
Olive oil x1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar x2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Walnuts x15g
Directions
- Chop bell pepper and tomatoes. Place into a bowl.
- Pour in olive oil and vinegar if adding. Season with salt and pepper, and oregano. Toast gently to coat
- As a topping add walnuts
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
