An initial 60-minute session in which we discuss your lifestyle, health, and goals in detail. This is a course to understand your triggers and health profile that includes food, mood, sleep & exercise.
I will address one primary health concern and get you on the path of healing.
During our 60-minute bi-weekly health coaching sessions we’ll work towards understanding your body and mind, and discover the practices and foods that nourish you in life.
What’s working and what’s not.
I will support you in implementing simple and positive lifestyle and behavioral changes that will contribute to your personal wellness goals and lifestyle.
You will leave every session with a strategy plan & in-between sessions support.
My overall aim is to guide and empower you. Together we’ll set goals for you to go away and implement to build healthier habits in and make sustainable changes that improve your overall health.
(this includes a write up after every session, unlimited email support between sessions, a wealth of resources to support you & simple, affordable and nourishing recipe suggestions.)
